BoatPartyNY.com will make its best efforts to organize boat parties (on all types of water navigation vehicles, inclucing boats, sailboats, yachts, etc.). By entering your credit card information in order for us to process and accept payment from you, you agree to let us store your name, email, age, phone number, and last four digits of the credit card used in our database. You agree not to dispute, contest, or challenge any payment made to BoatPartyNY.com. You are entitled to a monetary refund only if you notify us of a cancellation 5 days prior to the event date. If you fail to notify us on time of an absense, you forfeit your money and payment.
In case of a cancellation or postponement of an event by BoatPartyNY.com, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. Our sole liability in case of a cancellation or postponement is the replacement of the postponed or cancelled event, with another event. If the tickets to the event we use to replace the cancelled or postponed event, BoatPartyNY.com will refund you the difference in price.
